     CARNIVAL INFORMATION

The Geelong  Bowls Club  will  conduct  the seventh  “City By The Bay” Bowls Carnival  over three consecutive days, January 5^th  to January 7^th , 2018. 

The Carnival will comprise three events, with players competing for cash prizes of $4000.

EVENTS :

The Carnival opens with Mixed Two Bowl Triples, on Friday, January 5th, any combination, four games of 10 ends,  2 bowls,  commencing at      10:00 am. 

Next event is the traditional  Open Pairs on Saturday, January 6^th,  four games, 12 ends, 2 bowls, commencing at  9:30am

The final event is the Open Fours on Saturday January 7^th.  Four games, 4 bowls of 9 ends, cross over pairs, commencing at  9:30 am. 

Each day includes morning tea on arrival, an excellent two course lunch and snacks at the end of play.

PRIZES : Cash prizes  over the three days will be awarded to the top five teams in each event and  for best scores in each game. No team can win more than one prize in a single event. 

ENTRIES : Both team  & single entries are invited. Entry fees are listed on both the detachable ENTRY form & CARNIVAL program
